Why are blondes dumb?

Here is a short story I read somewhere that made me smile yesterday. There were a few but this was the one I remembered best.

A blonde walked into the library and walk up to the librarian. She complain to him that the book she borrowed had no stories, too many characters. The librarian answered, " You must be the one who took our phone book..."
